My dream within a dream

Today is the day I will become better so let’s start my dream was scary I was afraid I was thinking could it be the story I was reading or could it just be my thoughts running around I am so confused. It was about how my parents gave me away to thins guy I was scared I didn’t know him I was thinking how can my Parents do this to me how can they leave me like this it was scary it was like all this time it felt so real it felt so scary i had that dream two nights in a row. Don’t know what that means but I need to figure it out right away.
